Benjamin was born on September 20th, 1645 in Wakefield, Surry Co., VA.1   Benjamin's father was Benjamin Harrison and his mother was Mary ?.  His paternal grandparents were Richard Harrison and Margaret Pilkington.  He was an only child.  He died in "Cabin Point", Surry Co., VA.  He was buried in old church at Cabin Point (may have been moved to Brandon).1
