Louisa Ann was born in 1831 in Beaverdam, Hanover Co., Virginia.  Louisa Ann's father was William Peter Hall and her mother was Louisa Baker. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Edwin, George Marion, William Wallace, James Addison, Thomas, Julian Harvey, Adelia and Amanda.  She was the third youngest of the nine children.  She died about 1910.  She was buried in Wash cemetery, Hanover Co., Virginia (rt. 658 1 mile W. of te intersection w/Route 738.
