Thomas Fox Frazer 
Thomas Fox was born on November 27th, 1783 in Spotsylvania Co., Virginia. Thomas Fox's father was John Frazer and his mother was Elizabeth Fox. His paternal grandparents were James Frazer and Elizabeth Foster; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Fox and Philadelphia Claiborne. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Ann, Elizabeth and Philadelphia. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 58 in 1841.-
