Francis Flournoy 
Francis was born on July 18th, 1773 in Culpepper Co., VA. Francis' father was Matthew Flournoy and his mother was Elizabeth Pryor. His paternal grandparents were Jean Jaques Flournoy and Elizabeth Williams; his maternal grandparents were John Henry Pryor and Margaret Gaines. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Robert, John James, Samuel, Thomas, David, Elizabeth Julia, Lucy and Patsy Caroline. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named John Pryor, Lemuel, Margaret and Margueritta. He died at the age of 61 on January 29th, 1835 in Scott Co., KY.-
