John Fleming 
John was born in November 1697. John's father was Charles Fleming and his mother was Susannah Tarleton. His paternal grandparents were John Fleming and Mercy ?; his maternal grandparents were Stephen Tarleton and Susannah Bates. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Tarleton, Elizabeth, Ursula, Susannah, Judith, Grace, Sarah and Anna. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 69 on November 6th, 1766 in Goochland Co., VA.-
