Henry's father was John Fitzhugh and his mother was Amy Negus. His paternal grandparents were William Fitzhugh and Catherine Bill; his maternal grandfather was William Negus. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, John, Robert and ?. He died before October 8th, 1632 in England, date will proved.
