Elizabeth Henry was born on May 12th, 1816. Elizabeth Henry's father was Philip Fitzhugh and her mother was Mary Macon Aylett. Her paternal grandparents were John Fitzhugh and Lucy Redd; her maternal grandparents were Philip Aylett and Elizabeth Henry. She had six brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Patrick Henry, John, Philip Aylett, LaFayette, Edwin, Thadeus, Lucy Redd and Infant. She was the oldest of the nine children.-
