Richard Cutts 
Richard was born on June 28th, 1771 in Cutts Island, Saco, Massachusetts (now Maine).1 Richard's father was Thomas Cutts and his mother was Elizabeth Scammor. He was an only child. He died at the age of 73 on April 7th, 1845.1
