Andrew was born about 1724. Andrew's father was Andrew Crew and his mother was Hannah Ellyson. His paternal grandparents were John Crew and Sarah Gately. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph H., John, James, Benjamin, Sarah and Hannah.General Notes
