John DeButts Carter

John DeButts was born on January 25th, 1851.  John DeButts' father was Richard Henry Carter and his mother was Mary Welby DeButts. He had a brother and a sister, named Edward and Marianna Hamilton.  He died at the age of 69 on June 26th, 1920.
