Cicely Carter

Cicely was born in 1570.¹   Cicely's father was Thomas Carter and her mother was Jone Hyll.  Her paternal grandparents were Richard Carter and Joan ?. She had three brothers named Robert, John and Thomas. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Ellis, William, William, William and Sybil.
