Ola Overton was born on April 18th, 1888 in Near Bell's Crossroads, Louisa Co., Virginia. Ola Overton's father was James Randolph Buck and her mother was Columbia Washington Rogers. Her paternal grandparents were David W. Buck and Elizabeth Ann Allen; her maternal grandparents were John Wesley Rogers and Madeline Hooper. She was an only child. She died at the age of 46 on January 24th, 1935 in Mineral, Louisa Co., Virginia. She was buried in Hillcrest Cemetery, Louisa, VA.-
