Elizabeth Fauntleroy was born in 1802 in Port Royal, Caroline Co., VA. Elizabeth Fauntleroy's father was Champe Brockenbrough and her mother was Sarah Skinker Bowie. Her paternal grandparents were Austin Brockenbrough and Lucy Champe. She had four sisters named Mary Metcalfe, Catherine Augusta, Sally Champe and Lucy Austin. She died at the age of 85 on May 5th, 1887.-
