Archibald Cary was born on July 20th, 1771. Archibald Cary's father was Archibald Bolling and his mother was Sarah Cary. His paternal grandparents were John Bolling and Elizabeth Blair; his maternal grandparents were Archibald Cary and Mary Randolph. He had a sister named Sarah Cary. He had six half-brothers and five half-sisters, named John, John R., Richard, Richard, Blair, ?, Sarah, Mary Kennon, Mary Jane, Anne Everard and Elizabeth Meade. He died at the age of 23 on January 9th, 1795.-
