Spencer Mottrom Ball 
Spencer Mottrom was born on August 6th, 1762 in "Coan", Northumberland Co., VA. Spencer Mottrom's father was Spencer Mottrom Ball and his mother was Elizabeth Waring. His maternal grandparents were Francis Waring and Lucy Cocke. He was an only child. He died at the age of 69 on February 28th, 1832 in "Portici", Prince William Co., VA.
