Rachel was born on September 11th, 1766 in Goochland Co., VA. Rachel's father was George Allen and her mother was Mary Thurston. Her maternal grandparents were Francis Thurston and Hester Richards. She was an only child. She died after 1840 in Rutherford Co., TN.
