*Claude was born on June 30th, 1749 in Fra, Orleans, New York, USA.1   *Claude's father was *Claude Vallot and his mother was *Madeleine Rentien.  His paternal grandparents were *Unknown Vallot and *Unknown; his maternal grandparents were *Unknown Rentien and *Unknown.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 64 on September 12th, 1813 in Montrichard, Loir-et-Cher, Centre, France.2
