Phebe Ann was born on December 10th, 1833 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA. Phebe Ann's father was Samuel Odle Pryor and her mother was *Unity Noona Fox. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Pryor and *Sarah Odle; her maternal grandparents were *Henry Fox and *Sarah Harrell. She had seven brothers and five sisters, named John W, James Thigpen 'Sr', Joseph Henry, Jacob David, John S O, George Washington, William Richard, Sarah E, Winnie Christina, Mary Jane, Lizzie and Martha Frances. She was the fourth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 67 on June 5th, 1901 in Slate Spring, Calhoun, Mississippi, USA.-
