*Francis was born in 1620 in Windmill Point, Warwick, Virginia, United States.¹ *Francis' father was *Col. Thomas Milner and his mother was Mary Selden. His paternal grandparents were *Thomas Milner and *Ann Hargrave; his maternal grandparents were *Samuel Selden and *Rebecca Yeo. He had a brother and a sister, named John and Mary. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 88 in 1708 in Nansemond, Virginia, United States.¹
