Barbe was born on October 20th, 1665 in Montmorency, , Quebec, Canada.1 Barbe's father was *Rene Letartre and her mother was Louise Goulet. Her paternal grandparents were *Augustin Letartre and Jeanne Angélique Brière. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Jacques, Charles, *Marie, Anne and Elisabeth. She was the youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 84 on January 15th, 1750 in Montmorency, , Quebec, Canada.1 -
