Nicolas was born on November 1st, 1691 in Montmorency, , Quebec, Canada.1 Nicolas' father was *Mathurin Huot and his mother was *Marie Letartre. His paternal grandparents were Rene Huot and Renee Poirier; his maternal grandparents were *Rene Letartre and Louise Goulet. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Jean, *Rene, Pierre, Jacques, Marie Anne, Louise and Therese. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 39 in 1730 in Québec, , Quebec, Canada.1 -
