John Gatlin 
John was born in 1760. John's father was *Edward Gatlin and his mother was Elizabeth Reel. His paternal grandparents were *John Gatlin and *Elizabeth Pitt Green. He had three brothers named *Lazarus, William and Edward. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 41 in 1801 in Craven, North Carolina, USA.-
