Borrington was born in 1745 in Westmoreland, Virginia, USA. Borrington's father was *Robert Frank and his mother was *Mary Borrington. His paternal grandparents were *Robert Frank and *Sarah Marshall. He had two brothers and a sister, named *Robert, Samuel and Sarah. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 75 on March 2nd, 1820 in King George, Virginia, USA.-
