Edward was born in 1444 in Cothrop, , Oxforshire, England.1 Edward's father was *John Danvers and his mother was *Joane Bruley. His paternal grandparents were Richard Danvers and Agnes De Brancestre; his maternal grandparents were John Bruley and *Matilda Quartermain. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Robert, Richard, *William, Henry, Simon, Agnes, Joan, Alicia, Margaret and Bova. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He had a half-sister named Agnes. He died in Cothrop, Oxfordshire, , England.1 -
