Malcolm Canmore

Malcolm was born in 1033 in Perth, Perthshire, , Scotland and his baptism took place in Scotland - Ceann Mor King 1059-1093.¹ Malcolm's father was Donnchad macCrínáin Duncan I and his mother was *Sibel Aelflad. His paternal grandparents were Crínán of Dunkeld and Bethoc ingen Maíl Coluim meic Cináeda; his maternal grandparents were Siward Digera and Alia Aelfflaed. He had a brother named Bane. He was the older of the two children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Maer Muir Earl Of and Margaret. He died at the age of 60 on November 13th, 1093 in Alnwick, Nrthmb, Eng, England. He was buried in Holy Trinity Church, Dumferline, Fifeshire, Scotland.¹²
