Cecily was born in 1130 in Dursley, Gloucestershire, , England.1 Cecily's father was Roger DeBerkeley, III and her mother was Hawise (Isabel) DeBeaumont DeBerkeley. Her paternal grandparents were Roger De Berkeley and Rissa De Montgomerie; her maternal grandparents were Sir Robert (Earl of Leicester) DeBeaumont II and Amice DeMonfort. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Roger, Phillip, Sedzilla (Alice) and Letitia. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 62 in 1192 in of Eaton, Buckinghamshire, , England.1 -
