*Ralph was born in 1050 in Montreil Au, Houlme, Normandy, France.1 *Ralph's father was *Thurston Basset and his mother was Isabel DeBroyes. His paternal grandparents were *Fouque D' Aulney and *UNK; his maternal grandparents were *Hugh Bardoul and Elizabeth DeSours. He had a brother and two sisters, named Forne, Eva Eve and Isabel. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-sister named Maud. He died at the age of 70 in 1120 in Abbey, Berkshire, England.1 -
