Issac S. Williams

Issac S. was born in 1817 in NC.  Issac S.'s father was Alexander Williams and his mother was Charity Smith.  His paternal grandparents were Issac Williams and Rachel Smith. He had two brothers and two sisters, named David Smith, Alexander S., Rachael S. and Charrity E.S.. He had a half-sister named LIVING.
