Col. Daniel Randolph Mitchell

Daniel Randolph was born on June 16th, 1803 in Fayette,Ga (Franklin Co).  Daniel Randolph's father was James Mitchell and his mother was Mary Mohler.  His paternal grandparents were William Willburn Mitchell and Harriet Randolph. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Reuben, Robert, James S., Arcadia Almeta, Mary Mohler and Beverly Cariolanus.  He was the third oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 73 on November 10th, 1876 in Orange County,Fl.  He was buried in Myrtle Hill Cemetery,Rome,Ga. (Flyod Co.).
