Louise was born on June 9th, 1887 in Washington,D.C..  Louise's father was Peter Henry Hill and her mother was Nora M. Young.  Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Penn Hill and Mary Elizabeth Childs; her maternal grandparents were Ignatius Fenwick Young Jr. and Eleanor Carroll Livingston. She had a brother and six sisters, named Peter Henry, May, Rosalie Clifton, Clementina Carroll, Mary Theresa, LIVING and LIVING. She had two half-brothers and six half-sisters, named Peter Henry, Ignatius Fenwick, Mary, Rosalie Clifton, Clementina Carroll M., Louise, Margaret and Elizabeth.  She died at the age of 81 on September 26th, 1968 in Delray Beach,Fl.  She was buried on September 30th, 1968 in Oak Hill Cemetery,Washing,D.C..
