Ragna was born in 1870.  Ragna's father was Johannes Christian Kristoffersen and her mother was Ragnhild Johanna Kristoffersen (Olsdtr).  Her paternal grandparents were Kristoffer Ingebrigtsen and Gunhild Ingebrigtsen (Arentsdtr); her maternal grandparents were Imbogh Ole  Olson and Ragnild Ellingsdtr. She had four brothers and a sister, named Karl or Uncle Charlie, Gustav, Johannes, Anton and ?.  She was the third youngest of the six children.  She died at the age of 23 on November 12th, 1893.  She was buried in Marburg Cemetery, Marburg, Natal, South Africa.
