Anne was born in 1806.  Anne's father was Villum Christian Henriksen Oftebro and her mother was Gunhild Tollaksdatter Oftebro (Rom). She had five brothers and four sisters, named Henrik, Tobias, Villum, Kristian, Ommund, Anne, Maren, Anna and Anna.  She was the fourth oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 81 in 1887.
