Anne was born in 1870.  Anne's father was Villum Kristian Oftebro and her mother was <Unknown>.  Her paternal grandparents were Henrik Oftebro and <Unknown>. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Henrik, Jakob, Vilhelm, Ommund, Kristian, Helene, Jacobine, Anne, Anne and Vilhelma.  She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children.  She died at the age of 6 in 1876.
