William Leonard Sharman

William Leonard was born on July 23rd, 1879 in Tarnagulla. William Leonard's father was Charles Thomas Sharman and his mother is Mary Walker. His paternal grandparents are George Thomas Sharman and Elizabeth Smith; his maternal grandparents are Joseph Mattley Walker and Margaret Steward. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Francis Charles, Bertram Joseph Matley, Cecil Alfred Stewart, Herbert, Laura Elizabeth, Florence Margaret, Ethel Eva Liberty, Angela Mary and Rosetta Charlotte. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Charles Henry and Isabella Louisa. He died at the age of 67 in 1946.
