Arthur was born on August 2nd, 1916. Arthur's father was Michel Rakoto and his mother was Zénaïde Raketamavo. His paternal grandfather was Joseph Andrianary and his paternal grandmother is - Raketamanga; his maternal grandfather was Gabriel Razafindralambo and his maternal grandmother is Clotilde Razanatsoa. He had a sister named Victoire Mathilde. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 76 on May 11th, 1993.-
