Arthur was born in 1892.1  Arthur's father was Henry WICKHAM and his mother was Elizabeth Adelaide HUGHES.  His maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Eden HUGHES and Sarah Judson REEVE. He had a brother and five sisters, named George, Edith, Sarah, Ada, Emma and Clara.  He was the fifth oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 77 in 1969.2
