William Carl August Thielepape

William Carl August was born on July 10th, 1814 in Wabern, Kassel, Hessen, Germany.¹ William Carl August's father was Werner Phillip Thielepape and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Thomson. His paternal grandfather was Johann Daniel Thielepape and his paternal grandmother is <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Thompson and Mary Thompson. He had four brothers and a sister, named Julius Wernert, Hermann Adolf, Hermann Heinrich, Friedrich Theodor and Amelia Frederica. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 90 in 1904 in San Antonio, , Texas, USA.²
