Charles Manley was born on February 17th, 1851.  Charles Manley's father was John Thomas Hooten and his mother was Mary E Bowen.  His paternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William Thomas, <Unknown>, <Unknown>, Mary E, Josephine Warburton, <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had three half-brothers named John W, <Unknown> and <Unknown>.  He died at the age of 51 on December 30th, 1902.
