Abraham was born on August 18th, 1668 in Newbury, Essex, Massachusetts, United States.1   Abraham's father was Charles Cormac Annis and his mother was Sarah Chase.  His paternal grandparents were Curmac Annis and Ellenor Annis; his maternal grandparents were Aquilla Chase and Ann Wheeler. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Joseph, Isaac, Charles, Priscilla, <Unknown>, Sarah, Aquilla, Priscilla, Hannah and Anne.  He died at the age of 68 in 1736 in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts, United States.2
