Warner lived in Morgan Twp. of Butler Cty. 1824 Will of Warner Wynn of Butler Co., OH In the name of God amen, I Warner Wynn of Morgan Township, Butler County and State of Ohio being in perfect health of body and of sound mind and memory and understanding ----the certainty of death and and uncertainty of time---to settle my worldly affairs and therefore be better prepared to leave this world when it shall please God to call me home I do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first I commit my soul into the hands of Almighty God and my body to the earth to be buried at the discretion of my executor. I give unto Elizabeth Hughes ?the sum of two dollars, I give unto Sarah Wynn now Ashcraft---I give unto Nancy Wynn now Low two dollars, I give unto Polly Mary now McCotter two dollars, I give unto Hannah Wynn now Hall two dollars. I bequeath unto 3 of my sons that is : Johnathan, Isaac & Warner all the money after the other expenses are paid. I give unto Benjamin and James Wynn the lot or quarter section whereon they both now live it being in section two--- and east of the meridian S. W. quarter. I do appoint Alexander Grant to be my sole executor of this my last will and revoking all other wills heretofore made ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament in testimony whereon I Warner Wynn have to this will consisting on this sheet of paper and put my hand at the bottom the 13 day of April eight hundred and twenty four.
