Phoebe Wynne

Phoebe was born on March 9th, 1776 in Blockley Twp, Philadelphia Co., PA. Phoebe's father was Thomas Wynne and her mother was Margaret Coulton. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Wynne and Mary Warner. She had a brother named Thomas. She was the younger of the two children.
