Female Frances Withersty

Frances was born about 1866 in Ohio.1   Frances' father was John Allen Withersty and her mother was Emma C Withersty. She had two brothers and a sister, named John Sheldon, Frank Sheldon and Lena E.  She was the oldest of the four children. She had a half-brother named John S.
