Male James Thompson

James was born in 1732 in St Marys, St Mary's, Maryland, United States.  James' father was James Thompson and his mother was Ann Carberry.  His paternal grandparents were James Thompson and Margaret Bailey; his maternal grandparents were John Baptist Carberry and Mary Thompson. He had two brothers named John and Francis.  He was the second oldest of the three children. He had two half-sisters named Theresa and Mary.  He died at the age of 18 on September 18th, 1750 in St Marys, St Mary's, Maryland, United States.
