Robert was born in 1655 in St Mary's, Maryland, United States.  Robert's father was Thomas Thomas and his mother was Elizabeth Barton.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 29 on February 18th, 1684 in Poplar Hills, St Mary's, Maryland, United States.
