James Walter Riddick

James Walter was born on July 6th, 1894 in Gates, Gates, North Carolina, United States.¹ James Walter's father was Nathan Riddick. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Riddick and Margaret Ann Rountree. He had five brothers and five sisters, named George Thomas, George, William Willie Herman, Willie H, Lonnie Nathan, Lula Mae, Mary Lee, Nina Sue, Margaret Ann and Annie Thelma. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 54 on March 18th, 1949 in Hobbsville, Gates, North Carolina, United States.
