Mary Attaway Raley

Mary Attaway was born in 1766 in Morganza, St Mary's, Maryland, United States. Mary Attaway's father was John Raley III and her mother was Henrietta Joy. Her paternal grandparents were John Raley II and Mary Medley; her maternal grandparents were Ignatius I Joy and Henrietta Joy. She had a brother and two sisters, named John, Sarah and Mary. She was the second oldest of the four children. She had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Henry SylvesterSchebbe, Henrietta, Jean Anne and Jane Jean. She died at the age of 65 in 1831 in Morganza, St Mary's, Maryland, United States.
