Carl Rooselleth Powers

Carl Rooselleth was born about 1913 in North Carolina.¹ Carl Rooselleth's father was Walter R Powers and his mother was Bertha Augusta Rawls. His maternal grandparents were Lewis Dennis Rawls and Matilda Jane Wharton. He had a brother and three sisters, named John W, Ada L, Bertha M and Rosa L. He is the youngest of the five children.
