Phebe Millard

Phebe was born on February 25th, 1809. Phebe's father was Thomas Millard and her mother was Jane Hoggins. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Millard and Hannah Wynne. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Jonathan, Isaac, Richard, Hannah, Mary and Ann. She was the youngest of the seven children.
