John McEwen

John was born on May 15th, 1831 in Warwick Twp., Chester Cty., PA.. John's father was Jonathan McEwen and his mother was Jane Ann Benson. His paternal grandparents were James McEwen and Margaret Wynn. He had two brothers and a sister, named James, Jonathan and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 68 on August 18th, 1899.
