Alexander McCotter

Alexander was born in 1791 in VT.¹ Alexander's father was Alexander McCotter and his mother was Lydia McCotter. His paternal grandparents were James Sr McCotter and Elizabeth McCotter?. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Hiram W, Cornelius, Hugh, Nelson, Mary and Julia. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 87 on November 6th, 1878.
